His name is Jeroen Borsboom, and he is a Dutch, 24-year-old music composer you may know has Jerponymus. Not much of a talker, together with Howdiedew, he completes the 2Scallions, that you heard with the tracks Boo and The Shatters OST. Meet Jerponymus.
Is making music your main activity? If not, what is your day job? Tell us about it.
Making music is something I’ve done my whole life now. A few years ago, I met my good friend Howdiedew.
He and some friends played this game called Realm. He asked me to partner up once again and make some awesome tunes for the game. Obviously, I said yes.
Any hidden talents or hobbies?
Secretly, I’m also a video editor and amateur programmer. Don’t tell anyone. I can also bake delicious cakes. So stay tuned. There will be cake.
What other games do you play?
I used to play a lot – and I mean A LOT – of RollerCoaster Tycoon, GTA: San Andreas, Habbo, Portal (the cake was a lie), and obviously Minecraft. A lot of Minecraft as well.
What makes RotMG unique?
I believe the classic derpness, the great amount of dungeons, plus a living community, makes for a great experience.
What are the things you love the most in the game?
The music of course, hehe.
What would you change?
I would add DYNAMIC MUSIC!
