Stability Check-In and Invisible Enemies

Development Update

Realmers,

Over the past updates, we’ve been working on game stability, including the first iteration of the Account in Use fix.

Since then, we’ve seen a positive response and encouraging numbers on our side. Things are moving in the right direction, but we know there is still more work to do…

We’re opening a survey to better understand what stability issues players are still running into, and what you want us to focus on next. This includes things like lag, rubberbanding, disconnects, loading problems, Oryx 3 issues, and overall stability after the recent updates.

Your feedback will help us see what is still affecting players the most and where we should keep digging.

Invisible Enemies

We also want to talk about the invisible enemies issue some of you have reported.

We’ve seen reports of this happening now and then, but the issue seems to be infrequent and we haven’t been able to reproduce it on our side yet. Because of that, detailed reports and reproduction steps are extremely important.

If you’ve experienced invisible enemies, please let us know where it happened, which enemy or dungeon was involved, what you were doing at the time, and whether you have screenshots or video.

You can share those details in the survey, or in the Discord thread here:

Help Us Reproduce It

To thank players who help us get to the bottom of this invisible enemies issue, we’ll be giving a special exclusive title to up to 3 players who are first to provide reproduction steps or evidence that directly helps lead to a fix.

The title will be:

“Ghost Hunter”

This title will be exclusive to this investigation and will not be available through regular events or rewards.

Take the Survey

Click HERE to take the survey. Open until Tuesday May 12th, 10AM CET.

Please take a few minutes to fill out the survey and let us know what you’re experiencing. Your feedback helps us understand what you wants us to work on next.

Thank you for helping us keep improving the Realm.
