Terms of Service Pop-Up: Enforcement Update

Development Update

During tomorrow’s maintenance, players will start seeing an in-game Terms of Service pop-up before entering the game. Accepting it will be required to continue playing.

This is part of our ongoing work to strengthen enforcement against cheating, exploit abuse, and other violations that damage the game. We know players have been asking to see stronger action here, and we also know this is an area where we needed to improve.

Since our last update in March 2026, we have banned over 200 main accounts connected to cheating, exploit abuse, and related violations. Enforcement has continued since then, and more ban waves are coming.

This kind of work takes careful review. We will not catch every case instantly, and some investigations take longer than we would like. Coordinated groups and linked accounts need proper checks before action is taken, and we are still improving the tools, detection work, and internal processes needed to handle these cases at a larger scale.

The Terms of Service pop-up is another step in that process. It gives us a stronger foundation to move forward with enforcement, support larger actions, and keep improving how these cases are handled.

We do not enjoy seeing players lose accounts they have spent years building. Still, protecting the game and keeping the Realm fair has to come first.

If you choose to cheat, abuse exploits, or take part in account violations, you are putting your account at risk.

We also want to mention the in-game moderator program, since some players have asked about it. It has not been forgotten. We are still preparing the tools and structure for it, and the first version will be a small pilot rather than a full launch. We hope to share more once it is ready.

This is not a one-time action. It is part of a broader effort to make enforcement stronger, clearer, and more effective over time.

Thank you for your patience while we continue this work.
