Applications for the Closed Testers & User Generated Content (CT/UGC) Program will be open until January 2, 2026.
The CT/UGC Program is a curated group of dedicated community members who help shape upcoming features in Realm of the Mad God. From early access to private testing servers to hands-on collaboration with testers and developers, this program offers a unique opportunity to influence the game’s future.
What Closed Testers Do
Closed Testers join weekend sessions on DECA’s private servers to try out unreleased features and provide actionable feedback. Their role includes:
- Joining coordinated weekend testing sessions
- Offering event and balance feedback
- Reporting bugs, exploits, and community concerns
- Helping guide current and future development
What UGC Members Do
UGC creators work on a private development server to build original content. This includes:
- Learning spriting, level design, and XML
- Iterating on personal or group projects
- Collaborating with other creators
- Developing content that may be showcased in-game
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking respectful, constructive community members who:
- Are in good standing with the game and its official communities
- Communicate in English
- Have Reddit + Discord accounts
- Engage with the community (public testing feedback is a bonus!)
