We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to try and fix the annoying disconnects you’ve all been experiencing. We know it’s super frustrating when you get kicked out of the game, especially at a bad time. So, we’ve just pushed a bunch of changes to our backend to hopefully make things better.
This is a big first step for us, and we’re committed to making the game more stable. We’ll be keeping a close eye on everything, but we also need your help! Over the next few days, please let us know if things are better or worse for you.
To help us find the root causes of any remaining issues, we’ve created a special form. If you get disconnected, please fill it out and tell us what happened. This will give us the info we need to track things down.
