Realm Events
After 10 minutes of the realm being open, mineral ores appear across the different biomes. These ores include stone, iron, emerald, and diamond. Stone ores can be found in Rookie and Adept biomes, iron and emerald ores can be found in Adept biomes, and diamond ores can be found in Veteran and Adept biomes!
These ores must be broken with a pickaxe, each one can break ores of its own material and any lower-tier ores, for example, an iron pickaxe can break iron and stone ores, but not emerald or diamond. A diamond pickaxe, on the other hand, can break all ore types! These are rings that, when the ability is used, a pickaxe spawns and mine the corresponding ores, it can be controlled with the mouse wheel-button (default key bind).
Once the ore breaks down, loot appears, the higher the tier of the material, the higher the chance of loot! Also, when these ores reach half health, enemies will spawn and the ore becomes invincible until those enemies are defeated. Gain mineral materials in order to upgrade your pickaxe, this way, you can access more types of ores!

Mission Tree
Remember to unlock this Mining Event Mission Tree in the drop down menu in the game!
Ice Citadel
Hear the call beneath the ice, where Esben—last scion of the Runic Tribes—endures a torment no soul was meant to bear. His children of shadow and sorrow still guard his prison, birthed from madness and longing in a world gone silent. Will you brave the frost and shattered time to free him—or leave a broken god to dream alone forever?
Neurotic Realmers!
Are you ready to take on our latest exaltation dungeon; the Ice Citadel? The Ice Citadel is a reconstruction of our previous Ice Cave, increasing both difficulty and rewards along with a new effect called Blizzard.
Blizzard
Upon entering the dungeon, snowflakes will fall across your screen obscuring vision. Stay too long in the cold and your speed will be reduced by 5% for every 10% of the frostbite meter filled. Additionally, at 100% meter you will begin taking frostbite damage over time! Find warmth in torches and braziers scattered around the dungeon to save you from freezing to death.
Loot and Exaltation
The Ice Citadel will share a Speed exaltation with the Cutlist Hideout, both granting guaranteed progress to maxed out players.
When it comes to loot, Esben’s old gear has been enhanced to reflect the dungeon’s new difficulty. Note, Esben’s Skullish Remains effect remains unchanged until Necromancers rework later this year™. The Frost Harbinger Paladin and the Frost Advisor Samurai will begin dropping for the first time ever. But that’s not all! There are also several new items in Esben’s Twisted Heart, Esben’s Vows, and Ase’s Echo.
In addition, during the first week of release, you will have the daily quest for the Ice Citadel “Psychological Terror” available guaranteed Once Per Day as an Event Quest, and it will grant you a special “Frostfire Mystery Chest” in addition to the new “Citadel Epic Quest Chest”.
After the week passes, the quest will be added to the existing Daily Quest pool, but only with the “Citadel Epic Quest Chest” as reward..
Advanced Dungeons
Both of our Advanced Dungeons have received various changes to make them more unique and interesting gameplay experiences as well as making them more rewarding to run. We are also trying to give them more unique identities and have started this process by renaming the Advanced Nest to Plagued Nest and adding more visual elements to its dungeon that set it apart.
Advanced Dungeons
- Dungeon enemies in advanced dungeons no longer have an additional damage multiplier but instead players heal 50% less from all sources. This allows the dungeon to be harder but rather than increasing potential instapops creates difficulty through more of an endurance challenge.
- Advanced dungeons retain their 30% loot bonus and additional dust but also have a 5x Base Artifact drop rate for their unique artifacts (before the 30% loot bonus).
Advanced Steamworks
- Advanced Steamworks has a brand new finale phase that does not involve a sicken aura.
- All boss attacks in the Advanced Steamworks have some small changes made to make them more difficult than their normal variants.
- A few balance changes have been made to some of the normal steamworks attacks lowering the difficulty slightly, while advanced keeps that difficulty.
- The Advanced Kobgold flying machine no longer has a changing floor of steam vents and instead features a turret in the center of the room.
- Advanced Steamworks now had an additional chance for a second upgrade core dropped at half the rate of the normal chance, so you can now get 2 in one run.
- Advanced Steamworks can drop the Kogbold Multitool at a low rate.
Plagued Nest
- Nest and plagued nest have all new tileset art improving the visuals of the dungeon greatly.
- The beekeeper now has more health and a new third phase replacing its old one that is a lot more interactive.
- Some of the more difficult attacks in the Advanced Killer Bee Queen fight have been adjusted to have slightly increased dodging tolerance making the phases feel nicer to play.
- The dungeon has received a few map changes adding a little bit more space to existing rooms and adding two more room types.
- The health multiplier for enemies in adv Nest has been reduced from 2x to 1.6x
- All sick durations from green attacks in the dungeon have been slightly reduced.
- The inner tiles in the nest boss room should no longer slow movement.
- The boss teleporting system in the nest has been improved so it should no longer teleport players who are already in the boss room.
- Various fixes to things like invulnerable nests have been made to make sure the dungeon runs as intended.
We want to continue improving the advanced dungeons and listening to feedback from the people playing (not choosing to play) them, we will be trying to make more improvements in the future and have these advanced dungeons settle in to a good place in the game.
Account Levels Expansion & Improvements
50 new account levels have been added! From level 50 to 100! These include new rewards, especially related to equipment updates and exclusive new cosmetics!
At the same time, various improvements have been implemented for the base in-game feature:
- The required ALXP to level up is abbreviated when it is 1.000.000 or more.
- The “Claim” button text is updated to “Click To Claim”.
- When a new account level is reached or a reward is available, the Account Levels button in the Nexus is highlighted with a yellow glow and blur effect.
- Upon leveling up, the message “New Reward Unlocked!” appears in the death screen bar.
- More visual feedback is added to the death screen bar, highlighting new particles and effects.
- A toggle button, related to the account levels starting equipment upgrades, is added below the seasonal character option in the character creation screen. If the toggle is off character starts with Tier 0 equipment and no ring.
