The Trials of Cronus
A mysterious rift of violet energy has been discovered in the realm. The stone hall within appears ancient yet untouched by the passage of time. At the end of the chamber stands a statue with the image of a long forgotten mage. The statue speaks, “Greetings, prospective subjects..”
Introducing a new event dungeon, the Trials of Cronus, a gauntlet of challenges made by the great mage Cronus to test his potential Disciples.
This dungeon is a spiritual successor to mad god mayhem, acting as a boss rush of various enemies of the realm. This time things work a little bit differently, the bosses range from adept to late veteran content culminating in a new remixed event boss, the Perfected Cube God. The earlier game bosses also have a few small buffs to them to help keep them interesting, for example the corruption phantom will spawn twice as many wisps as normal.
The rounds of the dungeon are as follows:
Round 1: Sandstone Titan, Fountain Spirit, or Septavius
Round 2: Malphas, Ruthven, or the Corruption Phantom
Round 3: Thessal, Davy, or Son of Arachna
Round 4: Daichi, Esben, the Heart of the Wetlands
Round 5: The Perfected Cube God
As for rewards, unlike the original mad god mayhem, this dungeon does not drop vanity items. Instead bosses inside it can drop any of their unique equipment drops (including shiny items) resulting in the dungeon having a very large pool of potential rewards. In addition the dungeon can also drop a pair of reskins that may have been missed out on the last couple of MotMGs, the Bow of the Morning Star and Sword of Illumination, dropping from their respective bosses within the dungeon. Finally, the Perfected Cube God can drop third dimensions UTs as well as its iconic drop, The Dirk of Cronus, as well as a new item, Eternal Echo, a reskin of divinity.
This dungeon will initially drop via a keyper event, but if the dungeon is well received we will likely bring it back in other forms.
Mardi Gras Event
Mardi Gras is back! Collect Tokens from our Event Dungeons, turn them in at the Tinkerer and get some nice loot!
Dungeon Events
Collect Carnival Bells from our Dungeon Events and turn them in at the Tinkerer. The amount of Bells that drop are determined by the difficulty of the dungeon.
Realm Event
During the Event the Keyper will spawn in the Realm. After his defeat he will drop portals to the Trials of Cronus.

- The Void – Exalted Banner II (33% chance for a double exaltation) + 100% chance to spawn Puppet Masters Encore after defeating the Boss.
Week 2
- Sprite World – 1.5x Loot and EXP
- Manor of the Immortals – Chest Event + 40% chance to spawn Puppet Masters Encore after defeating the Boss.
- Deadwater Docks – Chest Event + 75% chance to spawn Puppet Masters Encore after defeating the Boss.
- Spectral Penitentiary – Exalted Banner II (33% chance for a double exaltation) + 100% chance to spawn Puppet Masters Encore after defeating the Boss.
