Realmers!
Over the past years, the Realm of the Mad God Team has closely worked with the community to improve the game and apply feedback if possible. Both the Closed Tester Teams and all players who sent in feedback during Public Testing helped us improve the game.
Unfortunately outside those two groups, it can be hard to send in feedback and get it reviewed. We receive feedback from all of you on all our social media channels, whispers in the game, Support Tickets, and private messages in Discord.
To make it easier for you and us we are introducing a new Feedback Hub. You will be able to send in any kind of feedback & suggestions whenever you feel like it. This allows us to have most of the feedback in one place and reviewing will be way easier.
Everything that gets sent in will be reviewed by the Realm Team. If we require more information we will reach out to you if you provided contact information.
- This does not mean that we won’t review Feedback we get from other sources anymore. We still take those into consideration but would prefer to have most of it in 1 place.
- The Hub is very simple and to the point. Please try the same when sending in feedback.
- In the future when we require specific feedback for a feature we will add extra sections for a limited time to the form.
- The Feedback is reviewed directly by the Realm Team. Please use appropriate language.
