If there isn\u2019t a thread, you\u2019re welcome to create a new one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or via support ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The more detail you give, the easier it is for the team to be able to reproduce and fix the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Things that help a lot:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Detailed description of the issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Where it happened (realm, dungeon, vault, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Steps to reproduce it if possible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Video \/ Screenshots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Server \/ time if relevant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Super short &#8220;nuff said&#8221; reports often don&#8217;t give us enough to work with or will create a lot more back and forth, delaying the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#fec500\" class=\"has-inline-color\">What Happens With Your Reports<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The community manager regularly reviews incoming reports, and shares them with the team for investigation. Support agents have a similar process with the reports they get via support ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This board is basically a window into that process, and it should keep improving over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>This is new, so it only has some recent bugs right now. It\u2019s not a full list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ll keep building it out together with your reports, please don\u2019t expect to see every single issue in there just yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ll be running this for the next few months while we evaluate how useful it is for the community, and decide based on that whether it\u2019s something we keep long-term.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>We really appreciate all the reports you\u2019ve been sending.
